Deb, Daniel and the team owned the mistake, kept the communication clear, and graciously refunded my shipping costs without making it a hassle. That kind of accountability is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciated how they handled it. Online order. I had a good experience this morning I placed an online order and everything went smoothly. The staff at propel parts has always been helpful in the past when I have been looking for harder to find parts or something that wasn’t listed online.
