Common replacement components include D6N-LGP Track Chains, D6N-LGP Track Shoes, D6N-LGP Bottom Rollers, D6N-LGP Carrier Rollers, D6N-LGP Front Idlers, D6N-LGP Rear Idlers, D6N-LGP Sprocket Segments, and D6N-LGP Recoil Springs. These components are commonly replaced during routine maintenance and complete undercarriage rebuilds.

A complete D6N-LGP undercarriage rebuild commonly includes 2 track chains, 90 track shoes, 8 single-flange bottom rollers, 8 double-flange bottom rollers, 2 carrier rollers, 2 front idlers, 2 rear idlers, 2 sets of sprocket segments, and 1 recoil spring assembly. Depending on machine condition, additional components such as track hardware, idler hardware, track adjuster components, seals, caps, blocks, and other related undercarriage parts may also be replaced.

When replacing track chains, inspect track shoes, sprocket segments, bottom rollers, carrier rollers, front idlers, rear idlers, recoil spring components, and track adjuster components. Replacing worn components together can maximize undercarriage life and reduce premature wear.

Two roller styles may be found on D6N-LGP conventional undercarriages. The latest design uses separate end caps. The former design uses integrated end collars. Machines equipped with former-design rollers may require additional components when converting to the latest-design roller arrangement.
