She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them
