A Delay Handled the Right Way Honestly, if I were in Miami like my shipment was, I wouldn?t have been in a hurry to ship out either. I was frustrated at first ? delays cost me time on the job ? but Propel Parts stepped up. Deb, Daniel and the team owned the mistake, kept the communication clear, and graciously refunded my shipping costs without making it a hassle. I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them
