A Delay Handled the Right Way Honestly, if I were in Miami like my shipment was, I wouldn?t have been in a hurry to ship out either. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!
