She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

I almost want to cry ;( writing this review because I dont want people to find out about them and rather keep them in my pocket but they deserve it… This company is great with Quality Products at amazing prices! Sometimes, their website is not the most accurate but is user friendly and if you got questions they will call back and are very prompt in responding via a call or text to verify inventory before placing an order. Very helpful. Every question or request I had was answered quickly. I didn't have a parts book for my excavator but that was no problem for them. If you need parts for your Cat, give them a shot.
