Online order. I had a good experience this morning I placed an online order and everything went smoothly. The staff at propel parts has always been helpful in the past when I have been looking for harder to find parts or something that wasn’t listed online.

Been buying from them for years and have almost never had an issue. The few times I had a question or something to handle, they have shown amazing customer service. Great product and a great company.

A Delay Handled the Right Way Honestly, if I were in Miami like my shipment was, I wouldn?t have been in a hurry to ship out either. I was frustrated at first ? delays cost me time on the job ? but Propel Parts stepped up. Deb, Daniel and the team owned the mistake, kept the communication clear, and graciously refunded my shipping costs without making it a hassle. That kind of accountability is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciated how they handled it. Things don?t always go perfectly, but these folks proved they?re more interested in doing right by their customers than just pushing parts out the door. Solid company, solid people. ? I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them
