5D9553 Cutting Edge for CAT Equipment

I almost want to cry ;( writing this review because I dont want people to find out about them and rather keep them in my pocket but they deserve it… This company is great with Quality Products at amazing prices! Sometimes, their website is not the most accurate but is user friendly and if you got questions they will call back and are very prompt in responding via a call or text to verify inventory before placing an order. I really appreciate and look forward to continuing to work with you all especially Anthony — he is amazing & the best!!!

I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

Everything fine, thank you. The only thing with which I had a problem in your Software, is that when I have more than 10 different items on the list, I can't scroll to the first ones. But besides that, I am very happy in going on with buying your parts.

Quick and efficient. Great products and a great team to deal with. We had a small issue with a missing part and the Customer Services Team dealt with it quickly and efficiently and in a way which left me, the customer, feeling entirely satisfied. Would highly recommend.
