Uwa Agenmonmen is the Founder and CEO of Propel Parts, leading the company's global mission to keep the world's hardest-working machines moving through reliable, precision-fit replacement parts and responsive customer support.

Drawing on a background in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from King's College London and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Uwa combines technical depth with strategic leadership. His career includes roles in technology and operations at Procter & Gamble in Europe and the United States, where he built scalable systems, performance frameworks, and process-driven operational discipline.

Uwa's connection to the heavy-equipment world began in a family-run sand quarry, where machine uptime shaped daily productivity. In 2008, he returned to manage quarry operations firsthand – gaining deep insight into how parts quality, sourcing decisions, and maintenance timing affect safety, output, and operator trust.

That real-world foundation continues to shape Propel Parts today. Uwa spends time on-site at mining operations, rebuild facilities, and technician workshops across Texas and North America, observing hydraulic rebuilds, undercarriage teardowns, and diagnostic testing to better understand reliability and performance standards. His ongoing engagement with technicians, engineers, and industry peers – including participation at CONEXPO and the Texas Mining and Reclamation Association – informs the company's quality benchmarks and customer-first approach.

Uwa remains hands-on in technical accuracy, personally reviewing product specifications, installation content, and maintenance documentation. His philosophy is simple: precision builds trust, and doing the small things right keeps machines – and the people who depend on them – moving forward.
