With more than five years of experience in the heavy-equipment parts industry, Steven leads Operations, Logistics, and Quality at Propel Parts, overseeing supplier quality, warehouse management, and global order fulfillment. His focus is on one goal - ensuring that every replacement part for Caterpillar, Komatsu, and John Deere machinery arrives on time, performance-checked, and ready to keep the world’s hardest-working machines moving.

Steven manages a complex ecosystem that connects procurement, inventory control, and logistics through tools like Zoho Inventory, Shippo’s API integrations, and rigorous ISO-aligned quality procedures. By coordinating closely with certified suppliers and warehouse teams, he ensures that every product shipped from Propel Parts is traceable, verified, and quality-assured from origin to delivery.

He also leads development of our Customer Feedback and Quality Verification Program - an initiative that integrates verified review data, field performance insights, and real-world videos from operators around the globe. This system creates a continuous feedback loop, helping Propel Parts improve supplier transparency, refine product reliability, and strengthen long-term customer trust.
