Since joining Propel Parts in 2024, Deb hit the ground running and has been at the heart of our data integrity and operational systems, ensuring that every product detail, serial number, and shipment aligns perfectly across our global platforms.

As Data and Systems Lead, Deb oversees the structure, accuracy, and reliability of our catalog, fitment, and order data - the backbone of a seamless customer experience for verified replacement parts for Caterpillar, Komatsu, and John Deere heavy-equipment machinery used in mining, construction, and industrial operations worldwide.

Deb works extensively with Zoho CRM to drive workflow automation, API-based integrations between our e-commerce, inventory, and logistics systems, and CAT SIS to validate part numbers by serial number. These connected systems ensure that every order is verified, tracked, and fulfilled with the precision our customers expect.

Beyond data management, Deb also leads the development of installation and maintenance guides, ensuring every shipped part is supported by clear, practical documentation that keeps field teams productive and machines running safely. She continuously updates our records of customer operations in more than 130 countries - including new regions such as Papua New Guinea - supporting Propel Parts’ expanding global footprint.
