I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them

Great products and a great team to deal with. We had a small issue with a missing part and the Customer Services Team dealt with it quickly and efficiently and in a way which left me, the customer, feeling entirely satisfied. Would highly recommend. -
Great pricing and fast shipping!
I'll admit that I was skeptical of propel parts, but they are an honest site and came through with the order. I was skeptical because I've never ordered heavy machinery parts, and didn't know who to trust. The parts that I ordered showed in stock, but after checking with their vendor, they only had half of the order in stock. I was notified the day after the order, and most of the parts arrived in a few days. There was one part that was not shipped putz but I was able to talk with who I assumed is the owner who rectified the situation and had the part overnighted to me.
I will say that communication speed could use a little work, but they will eventually get back with you. -
I almost want to cry ;( writing this review because I dont want people to find out about them and rather keep them in my pocket but they deserve it…
This company is great with Quality Products at amazing prices! Sometimes, their website is not the most accurate but is user friendly and if you got questions they will call back and are very prompt in responding via a call or text to verify inventory before placing an order.
I really appreciate and look forward to continuing to work with you all especially Anthony — he is amazing & the best!!!
