Sometimes, their website is not the most accurate but is user friendly and if you got questions they will call back and are very prompt in responding via a call or text to verify inventory before placing an order. A Delay Handled the Right Way Honestly, if I were in Miami like my shipment was, I wouldn?t have been in a hurry to ship out either. I was frustrated at first ? delays cost me time on the job ? but Propel Parts stepped up.
