New 1746822 Bearing Replacement suitable for Caterpillar Equipment

I put 2 of the same orders in due to a web page error and shortly after I was contacted by Deb from customer service asking if I meant to place both orders. She was very helpful, the email was very well written and it genuinely made me feel better about the whole experience. She resolved the issue quickly and with there not being much of customer service these days I was very happy so see that is not the case everywhere!!!

Good Stuff. We have had a couple shipping issues, but each time they made it right and we ended up getting what we need. Quality parts at half the price of OEM.

Sometimes, their website is not the most accurate but is user friendly and if you got questions they will call back and are very prompt in responding via a call or text to verify inventory before placing an order. Online order. I had a good experience this morning I placed an online order and everything went smoothly. The staff at propel parts has always been helpful in the past when I have been looking for harder to find parts or something that wasn’t listed online.

Great pricing and fast shipping! I'll admit that I was skeptical of propel parts, but they are an honest site and came through with the order. I was skeptical because I've never ordered heavy machinery parts, and didn't know who to trust. The parts that I ordered showed in stock, but after checking with their vendor, they only had half of the order in stock. I was notified the day after the order, and most of the parts arrived in a few days. There was one part that was not shipped putz but I was able to talk with who I assumed is the owner who rectified the situation and had the part overnighted to me. I will say that communication speed could use a little work, but they will eventually get back with you.
